SOAP SALE & MORE 

I hope you have all had a chance to visit our new website.  We have
had a few glitches and may find a few more but overall I think 
things are going well.  One of the biggest issues appears to revolve
around setting up an account.  Our previous site had no way for us
to set up customer accounts so even if you have been a longtime
customer with us you will still need to set up an account on the
new site.  You don't have to set up an account to place an order
but without an account you won't be able to access the free 
shipping option if your order is over $75.00 and you won't be able 
to review or rate any of our products.  You'll also have to enter 
your shipping and billing information each time.  To set up an 
account just click on the Sign In link on the left hand side of the 
page.  On the next page click on Create New Account also on the 
left hand side of the page.  On the next page just fill out the 
information.  Once everything is filled out, click Save down at the 
bottom right of the page.  The page will refresh but still remain 
up.  To begin shopping click either the logo on the upper left hand 
side or Storefront in the green Navigation Bar.  As always if you

If something is going on regarding your order on the website that 
just doesn't look right, then it probably isn't.  Please contact us 
so we can check into it for you.  Recently, a new customer 
contacted me regarding the fact that she felt a $25.00 shipping 
charge was a little high for two items being sent within Texas.  
She was absolutely right - it was.  Turned out I had accidentally 
put the weight of the product in as 25 lbs. instead .25 lbs. 
(or 4 oz.).  Our shopping cart automatically calculates shipping 
based on the weight of the product and the distance to be shipped, 
along with the shipping method.  Therefore with the incorrect 
product weight entered the shipping charge for that product was way 
off.  Her correct shipping charge was about $5.50, much better than 
$25.00.  We can't fix it if we don't know about it so please don't 
hesitate to get in touch.

As the summer winds down (my son goes back to school in a week) and 
before the fall gets going I thought it might be nice to have a bar 
soap sale.  We are planning on releasing our new liquid soap soon 
and all talk will be about that then.  But for now let's focus on 
the main product we offer and that's our handmade, all natural bars 
of soap.  All of our Signature Line of Soap as well as solid 
Shampoo Bars will be 25% off their regular $6.50/bar price making 
them just $4.86/bar.  Just enter the Promotion Code

towards the bottom on the left) on the same page where you indicate 
your shipping and payment choices.  One caveat:  If you enter the 
coupon code and then decide to either add or subtract items from 
your basket you will need to reenter the coupon code again in the 
Promotion Code Box so as to have the discount figured correctly.
