ChiRunning® and Yoga Marathon Training Saturdays with the Sole Runners Sent Friday, November 6, 2009
Sole Runners Fall/Winter Training starts Saturdays, at 8 AM, at Pt Fermin Park in San Pedro. Directions to Pt Fermin Park
or 7 AM at Newbury Park Directions to Newbury Park Meeting Location (Ali Baba's Resturant)
 
We will be training for the LA Marathon, Catalina Marathon, Buffalo Half Marathon, Surf City Full and Half, Palos Verdes Full and Half, Big Sur, San Diego RnR, Agoura Great Race Half and more.
 
When you join the Sole Runners you receive:

Cost: $150 or $125 for Sole Runners Alumni (ChiRunning® book not included). Check or cash accepted this Saturday. Credit card registration available on-line.

Saturday, November 7, Sole Runners Schedule San Pedro:

7:45 - 8:15 AM Meet at Pt Fermin Park - Registration, book and shirt pick-up

8:15 - 9:15 AM Group 1 hour 10 minute run for the marathoners, 45 minute run for half marathoners
 
10:15 - 10:45 AM Yoga for Runners and Q & A (Yoga for Half Marathoners will start 25 minutes earlier)

Bring a yoga mat or a towel
 
If you can't make it this Saturday, you still have 4 weeks to join.
