Hey there ,
 
Have you ever wondered what my OWN training
looks like?
 
In the last few months, the focus has been on 2 things:
 
1. Speed
 
2. Lookin' good for the beaches
 
That means lots of quickness and plyometric work,
mixed with some weight training and LOTS of this
NEW special type of training I've been playing around
with (it is weirdly FUN). 

It's from this program called "TACFIT Commando",
which is being released publicly in just a couple of
weeks (the co-creator of it, Adam Steer, is a buddy of
mine, so he sent it to me a while back, giving me plenty
of time to check it all out).

BUT here's the thing...

TACFIT Commando training is different than anything else
you've probably ever seen, which means the results will probably also be
different than anything you've ever seen..

I can't really explain why, but somethings changed in my body
since I started using it: I've always been pretty ripped and cut-up,
but without changing anything in my diet or cardio activity,
something's different...it's a BETTER ripped now, just more lines
and definitions in new places..

Anyways, this isn't directly related to getting faster, but if you've been
looking for a new training program that's really darn FUN and different
than anything you've tried and might get you to a level of "rippedness",
then TACFIT Commando is ideal.
