In this week's third installment of our new pep talk series (link below), you'll notice that I'm yet again wearing a green turtleneck. This is because I'm recording these episodes in batches of three or four, which saves time and energy. 

I'm not telling you this in the interest of transparency, but instead I'm sharing this (thinly veiled) secret because it is an example of simplifying at work. I do my best to test, use and really live the ideas I share at Simple Scrapper - and this includes what I'm teaching in my new class, Focus.
