Hey ,

I came across this interesting quote from Bruce Lee.

I thought I'd share it with you.

I have decided to read this to my self every morning when i first wake up.

A LEADER ...

I am learning to understand rather than immediately
judge or to be judged. I WILL NOT!!! blindly follow the crowd and
accept their approach.

I will NOT allow myself to indulge in the
usual manipulating game of role creation. Fortunately for me, my
self-knowledge has transcended that and I have come to understand
that life is best to... be lived and not to be conceptualized.

I am happy because I am growing daily and I am honestly not knowing
where the limit lies. To be certain, every day there can be a
revelation or a new discovery.

I treasure the memory of the past misfortunes. It has added more to
my bank of fortitude. - Bruce Lee

I came across this lovely poem and i thought i'd share it with you.

Let me know what you think :)

When you thought I wasn't looking...

When you thought I wasn't looking,
I saw you hang my first painting on the refrigerator,
and I wanted to paint another one.

When you thought I wasn't looking,
I saw you feed a stray cat,
and I thought it was good to be kind to animals.

When you thought I wasn't looking,
I saw you make my favorite cake for me,
and I knew that little things are special things.

When you thought I wasn't looking,
I heard you say a prayer,
and I believed that there was a God to talk to.

When you thought I wasn't looking,
I felt you kiss me goodnight,
and I felt loved.

When you thought I wasn't looking,
I saw tears come from your eyes,
and I learned that sometimes things hurt,
but it's alright to cry.

When you thought I wasn't looking,
I saw that you cared,
and I wanted to be everything that I could be.

When you thought I wasn't looking,
I looked....
and I wanted to say thanks for all the things
I saw when you thought I wasn't looking.

Decisions

Most people always tend to avoid one. Other spend too much time
analyzing their options.

It doesn't have to be a wise decision or a perfect one.

Just make one.

Wait, don't just make one decision, make several.

I Make more decisions could be something that you say to yourself
everyday.

But Noor, what if i don't want to decide ?!

No decision is a decision as well, the decision not to decide.

Sadly, not deciding is almost always the wrong decision.

If you are the sort of person who can come to a decision very
quickly, you'll make more of a difference.

It doesn't matter so much that you're right, it matters that you
decided.

Most people wouldn't agree. Of course it's risky and painful.
That's why it's a rare and valuable skill.

Hey ,

I was reading an interview where Richard Branson was talking about
one of his mentors Freddie Laker,

For those unfamiliar with Richard Branson, he is the founder of
Virgin Atlantic Airways

Branson said:

At the time, I was running a little record company; I was about 17
years old. The first time I met him was some years later. I was
thinking about setting up my own airline.

He gave me this advice: 'You'll never have the advertising power
to outsell British Airways. You are going to have to get out there
and use yourself. Make a fool of yourself. Otherwise you won't
survive'.

Many people have been asking me, Noor, how do you become
successful? How do i get rich ?

I want to share with you one principal that is very tough for me to
implement;

Sometimes i still struggle with it, but I've had my share of
victories as well.

If you re-read the quote above from Richard Branson, you'll see
that his mentor gave him the advice of Make a fool out of
yourself.

I'll say it this way:

You're not going to unleash your potential and reach your dreams if
you do what everyone else is doing and just stay in your comfort
zone.

Fact.

To do something great you must first be uncomfortable.

Uncomfortable always comes before comfortable.

Tiger Woods, Warren Buffet, Julia Roberts were all way more
uncomfortable at first, they took risks, and they had the COURAGE
to persevere.

Here's the good news.

You don't need to do something completely uncomfortable 100%, 50%
or even 25%.

All you need to do is go pass your comfort zone just 1%.

Yes, that's it! Just 1%

Ask yourself:

What is one action, just one, that I know I need to do today, but
that is uncomfortable and tough for me to do?

DO IT!

Is it cold calling, public speaking, asking for a raise? Whatever
it is GO FOR IT.

I believe in you and it's time you stand up and live your dreams.

Richard Branson was scared also, he had a ton of fears and probably
still does to this day.

He just made the DECISION to go for it and now he's one of the
wealthiest people in the world.

Give yourself the gift of 1% today.

You'll be glad you did.

Your Coach,
Noor Mohammed Juzer

Here's one of my #1 favorite quote, it's from the great
physicist Albert Einstein.

Don't look to become a person of success, look instead to
become a person of value.

Read it again.

Put it up on your wall.

Value is the key component of progress.

Too many people are standing still and not doing enough to
improve themselves, to make themselves more VALUABLE.

How do you become more valuable?

You invest in yourself.

You invest time learning more.

You invest time seeing how you can help serve others.

The name of the game in making money and reaching your dreams
is building yourself daily.

You should NEVER go to bed the same person, as you were when
you woke up.

Never.

Learn 1 new idea each day. Gain 1 insight from a mistake.
Meet 1 new person.

Do you have prospects or customers that you want to deliver
more value to?

Go the extra mile for them.

Are there more people who you'd like to reach and share your
value with?

Then learn the powerful skill of MARKETING.

The more people you serve, the more money you make!

Every day my goal is to become a greater PERSON. OF VALUE,
think about making it a goal of your's also.

Want to give it a shot?

Value, become it, share it, and watch your life and income
SKYROCKET.

Hey

Recently, lots of the Success Nation Citizen's have been asking me,

"How do i find my true passion?"

"What do i do if haven't found my purpose in life yet?"

So i thought i'd send out the reply to everyone.

Most of the time, its dangerous to think in terms of "Passion" or
"Purpose" because just the sound of it makes it feel so big and
overwhelming.

If you realize you haven't found your "Purpose" and your Passion,
you might begin to even feel depressed.

If you think love needs to look exactly like "Romeo and Juliet"
all the time, you'll overlook a great relationship that grows slowly
as the years progress.

One reason why you haven't found your passion yet is because you're
probably expecting it to be something huge and overwhelming !

Instead, just notice what gets you excited, maybe even
something that scares you a little.

If you find yourself glued to Web design or Photoshop or
Reading certain kinds of books, try playing around for hours, stay
in the library just reading, dive in deeper.

Maybe that's your new calling.

If you keep thinking about putting on a certain kind of event, or
writing a movie script or even a book, and you find the idea gets you
scared but excites you, it's probably a worthy endeavor for you.

You grow and become "successful" and happy by doing what excites you
and what scares you everyday, not by trying to find your passion.

Talk soon,
Serving you Massively,

Napoleon Hill was an amazing author.

I'm a huge huge fan of his work.

In fact everyone should get a copy of his book 'Think and Grow Rich'

The first time i read it, i skipped 2 classes in university cause i was so
engrossed in the book.

Recently i was listening to his to one of his lectures.

It got me thinking.

Follow me here.

I was listening to a recording that was done 40 or
so years ago.

I was re-reading Think and Grow Rich book
which was originally written in 1937.

Napoleon Hill passed away in 1970.

I thought to myself, Napoleon Hill passed away
almost 27 years ago and he's changing my life right now.

Incredible.

Ok how about J.K. Rowling.

Do you know who she is?

She was the divorced, single mom, who authored the
series Harry Potter.

Do you think in 100 years from today, that young kids and
adults will still be reading Harry Potter?

Noor, this is interesting, what's your point here?

Napoleon Hill and J.K. Rowling have built something.

Something bigger than themselves. A Monument.

They've built something that will SERVE OTHERS entertain them for decades, centuries.

Their life has been one of SERVICE and with service comes
riches and fulfillment.

What will be this Monument for you?

What will you CONTRIBUTE to the world?

How can you serve the world and leave it a better place
than when you were born?

GREATNESS is about service.

Martin Luther King said this
Recognize that he who is greatest among you, shall be a servant.

The greats throughout the ages were the greatest
servants. They were the greatest problem solvers.

They solved problems for thousands, millions.

The world rarely remembers self centered individuals.

Tap into your magnificent obsession. Something you enjoy
doing.

Get out of yourself and start planting your magnificent
obsession into others' lives.

Ask yourself:

How can I serve?

Through service comes success.

When you look back at your life, what will you see ?

What will we see ?

Think about it.
