Training tips from an elevator...

Hey,
Where have I been for the last 7 days? My wife
and I were blessed with the birth of our second
son, Henry, on Friday. He's awesome!
Along with a new baby comes lots of doctors
appointments. Right now I am writing this email
from my Ipod while riding the hospital elevator
with our 2 year old while my wife is at an appointment
with the baby. He loves it and tells all the other
riders to hoolllddd on before we start moving!

Hey,
The peg board has been awesome for our
athletes - especially the younger ones working
on general physical preparedness. Also,
a lot of the Synergy followers wanted more
specific instructions.
