This exercise has been a staple in 
my program for over a year, and 
my core strength has SKYROCKETED.
 
I'm talking about REAL core strength.
 
It has improved my bracing for squats
and deadlifts, as well as improved 
performance in my competitions.

How to Do Renegade Get Ups

The only people that know this secret 
are people that train with the Bull 
 
Add this exercise for 3-4 sets of 
6-8 reps.  Start light, but once you get
the movement pattern down, add some
weight!
