Hey,
Have you ever wondered what EXACTLY is "functional training"
and "functional exercise?"
I'm sure most of you have heard those terms thrown around by a
lot of trainers over the last few years.
A month ago I was in a discussion with a few other trainers and
one exclaimed "I hate functional.' It doesn't mean what half the
people think it means!"
