Hey,
I've received some interesting questions about training programs over the last 6 months.
People want to know about which periodization model works the best, what exercise selection is most effective, etc.
Well I keep my answer short and sweet:

I remember watching Brady Quinn in college at Notre Dame thinking, "damn he is jacked for a QB!"
He is still working hard to break into the NFL with the Browns, and his personal trainer took the time to review Bull Strength.
Spoiler alert: Rob liked it so much he wrote a bonus flexibility manual to include in the Bull Strength Package!
