Things have been crazy with the new gym opening
last week and Bull Strength Conditioning going
live.
However, I wanted to do an old school workout
in the new facility.
We shot almost 20 minutes of video, but Youtube
has a 10 minute limit, so I got to editing.
My question is, would you prefer if I left the video
at 10 minutes or cut it up into sections?
I know some people hate long videos, so I was
looking for some feedback.
Just reply to this email and let me know, full or
in sections!
