Thank you for your patience with the final edition of the

comments on the last two posts, so I am glad I could

I have been getting some angry emails saying that I am taking
too long to put out the Bulgarian training bag exercise video
I will get it out in the next few weeks, please hang in there! 
It takes a little while to do things right. 
 
I think the majority of Synergy readers are enjoying all the content
that is being posted and can hold on for the good stuff! It takes a
LOT of hours to get this information out to you! 
 
Also, sitting at 995 YouTube subscribers I would expect Part
II of the Pull up Variations to be up this week!
