Hello,
I hope you had an awesome Thanksgiving! For us,
its one of the few times that our family all can get together.
All 4 brothers were there, the wives, etc!
Like I mentioned in Wednesday's post, I need to thank
you again for constantly providing training inspiration. I
might be the one posting on the website, but its YOUR
comments, emails, and suggestions that keep me going!
Now for some new information. I was sitting at a rehearsal
dinner for my friend John's wedding last last night when I
realized another groomsmen, a friend from college, has
been training at some top MMA academies over the last year.
Needless to say I scooped up some conditioning and training
information to share with you! I will shoot those videos shortly
and look forward to getting them up!

Oh, and I sat down with an awesome friend and physical
therapist in the area - former athlete and a no BS guy and
recorded the 20 minute discussion on recovery, mobility,
and training. I'll be adding it as a newsletter bonus soon!
