Hey,
 
Do people ever ask you why you working out?  "It seems like a lot of time" they say, or "why bother?"
 
When it comes to exercise, some people just don't get us!
 
This week I posted up 5 reasons why I step into the gym and push myself.  What about you?  Please, take a second to comment on a reason why you workout!
