"Swing" in the New Years (Conditioning Video)

Hello,
There is a lot of things we all love about working out,
and the New Year's is the perfect time to reflect on the
past successes and failures.
For me it was occasionally neglecting my own training,
or cutting my workouts short due the influx of clients.
My goal is to make sure I'm whipping myself into shape,
just like I'm always on them!
Here is one conditioning complex that KICKED MY BUTT.
My core was on fire, my grip was burning and I couldn't
tell if I was sweating or someone dumped a bucket of
water on me.

To summarize...IT WAS AWESOME!

PS. When I wrote the title to this newsletter, it hit me that
"swing" has multiple meanings. I'm not talking about the
70's version of "swinging" I'm talking about exercise here!
