Hello,
Ever see a sequel that is as good or better than the original?
With the obvious exceptions of The Empire Strikes Back
and Back To The Future II, I can't think of very many!
About 6 weeks ago I put out the first video in the
of feedback, comments, and new YouTube subscriptions.
Now its time for Part II to live up to the hype! Add these
10 additional (23 total now) pull up variations to your training
tool box immediately.
