Do people ever ask you why you working out? It seems like a lot of time they say, or why bother?
When it comes to exercise, some people just don't get us!

Have you ever wondered what EXACTLY is functional training and functional exercise?
I'm sure most of you have heard those terms thrown around by a lot of trainers over the last few years.
A month ago I was in a discussion with a few other trainers and one exclaimed I hate functional.' It doesn't mean what half the people think it means!

I've had some weird experiences in my life - competing in a wife carrying championship in Maine (actually my wife's idea!), trying to flip a tire up a mountain on a challenge, but nothing quite as interesting as this...
