After last night's wedding, I'm definitely in need for a workout today!
Oh, and the Thanksgiving feast didn't help things out either!

Hello,

Hey,
I have never met anyone that could do too many push ups, pull ups, and any other body weight exercises.
As you have probably seen, its just the opposite! There are people out there trying to bench, but can't even push their own body wieght off of the ground 10 times.

Over the last year, I have received numerous questions about
how to get explosive strength.

It seems to be one of the most popular topics on forums as well
as on many other sites.
Unfortunately many of the answers are flat out WRONG!
For example, someone on a forum replied with a youtube video
about how to jump like Michael Jordon. The solution was to
