Hey,
 
Are you looking for some more practical ways to work conditioning into your workout program?  There seems to be a school of people that only lift weights, and another group that only runs.
 
Well there are ways to get conditioned and burn fat while still lifting lots of serious weight!
 
Oh, and as a bonus, it doesn't take up your entire work out time!
