Can't do enough of this exercise Sent Sunday, November 22, 2009 View as plaintext
Hey,
 
I have never met anyone that could do "too many" push ups, pull ups, and any other body weight exercises.
 
As you have probably seen, its just the opposite!  There are people out there trying to bench, but can't even push their own body wieght off of the ground 10 times.

Even worse....and this one gets me fired up...is when people squat without being able to get their own body weight lower than a quarter squat.
 
...But walk in any gym around the country and you will see examples of this everywhere!
 
It's sad.
