Hey,
You have probably seen people performing sledge hammer swings,
but have you ever seen these exercises and mobility drills?

EMBARRASSING STORY: I once went to the weight room when I
was in high school and they had these "cool" new air Resistance machines.
Tons of them. I thought they were the best.
The faster you pushed, the greater the air pressure and the harder it was
to move.
Of course it just happened to be flashy, and I haven't EVER seen anyone
get strong off of those style machines.
Wasted a few weeks of training...
