Hear anything crazy at the gym lately?  I'm shooting out a quick newsletter out about strength training myths.
 
"Gaining muscle will make you bulky and slow."
 
We have all heard it, some people still live it!
 
Check out these myths...and surprisingly some have a basis in reality (and some make me die a little inside each time I hear them..)
