Hey,
Over the last two years I've been in a lot of discussions
about kettlebells and dumbbells.
Long story short, they are both effective.

But here is my problem...
I HATE it when people say things like "kettlebells are
worth it so just spend the money." I've heard that an
awful lot.
Listen, people don't have a money tree in their backyard
and despite the numerous benefits of kettlebells many
people simply cannot afford them!
Additionally they are crazy hard to find used, and I've
done a lot of searching.
Now I'm not making a judgement on kettlebells, I actually
absolutely love them, but insisting that people spend money
they don't have is just arrogant and inconsiderate.
So if you have the money, sure they are great. If not,
here is an alternative:

Oh, and what to I have for KB's? I have a pair of 44's
Smitty from the Diesel Crew lent me and a pair of 70's I
found on craigslist after a year of searching.
