Hello,
**NEW VIDEO DAY!**
I'm always excited to get a new video up!
I just edited this important advanced unilateral training video.
A lot of people skip this part of training and just try to go
heavy all the time.
That is a HUGE mistake...especially for athletes!
After all, sports are played unilaterally - nearly all the time
is spent on one leg (running, drive blocking, shooting a
runner in the paint).
For advanced lifters, the average unilateral exercise doesn't
always cut it. Check out these two variations and give them
a try!

I have NEVER seen the second exercise before, and it is just
awesome for the legs!
