Hey,
 
Over the last year, I have received numerous questions about
how to get "explosive strength."

It seems to be one of the most popular topics on forums as well
as on many other sites. 
 
Unfortunately many of the answers are flat out WRONG!
 
For example, someone on a forum replied with a youtube video
about how to jump like Michael Jordon.  The solution was to
perform as many tuck jumps as possible every day. 
 
Everyone here knows that after the first few jumps, the rest are going
to be performed as such a slow and sloppy rate that the body will
never adapt by jumping higher!
 
.....and that video has nearly 300,000 views....
 
I'm glad I'm associated with you, and we know better than following
that crap!
 
So instead of just criticizing, here is the correct way to get explosive
