Welcome to this week's tips
Hi Everyone,
Winter has re-hit Michigan again like much of the country. Today we are in the middle of an ice storm. Hopefully it clears up in time to go to musical rehearsal. We open on Thursday! (see poster below)
My husband
and I did manage one motorcycle ride in between the cold temperatures. How are you dealing with extended winter?

Weekly Simplicity Tips
If you don't have time to do all 7 tips, pick the one or two that are calling to you. Put them on your calendar or to do list.
Create a budget for your next vacation and start saving.
Remember money is just
energy - it's not good or bad. It only has the value you give it.
To make the good times feel like they last longer, savor and use your senses to slow down time.
How is your focus? How much stimuli do you have going? TV, ads, computer games, emails, cell phones.
Share something you feel shame about with a compassionate friend and watch the shame drift away.
Are you doing something right now, just to gain approval?
Worry is negative anticipation instead of
anticipating good things. Take action instead of worry.
I help the overwhelmed create saner, simpler lives.
I deliver…
Untamed possibility. Breathe easier simplicity. Hope. On the wings of understanding and encouragement. Step by step breaking down from “no way! “ to “why not?”
1. “I just don’t have enough time,” will no longer be your mantra.
2. You’ll find rushing isn’t a necessity.
3. You will get through your to do’s with more focus. Taking action is good.
Feeling scattered is not.
4. You will discover how to feel like you and what you do is enough.
5. To do lists are yours that won’t seize you up as soon as you look at them.
6. Find out how to plan instead of always putting out fires. Yet, let go of over-planning.
7. You will get clear on what is important to you. You’ll get in touch with your soul and see what is best for you and your family.
8. You will make friends that “get you.” I always love how supportive the
classes are with one another. As someone recently said, “Now I know I am not alone.”
9. You will learn to soothe yourself with self-compassion.
10. You will play with the fear and ego that keeps you in panic mode.
I’ve learned so much throughout the years, most of all that what I think is the problem is usually not the problem. Time doesn’t have to be the problem.
