Hello , I've been in a cocoon for a while. I'm reaching out to thank you for allowing me to send you my newsletter over the past several years.
To say that 2020 has been challenging (and still is) is probably an understatement.
People are facing new levels of stress and anxiety more so than in recent history.
Are you ...

- Promising yourself to not watch the news, and take care of yourself…but somehow the day slips away and you don’t get around to it?

No matter what’s going on in your life right now, you'll get through it. You are tough. You are stronger than you think. And whatever you're going through, I'm confident, it will make you wiser and smarter and kinder than before.
I believe if we change our focus, we'll see embers of hope, and much to be grateful for, right?
One of the things that helps me to maintain a sense of peace and serenity is hope. A few months ago when we were instructed to stay at home, I felt inspired. Which led me to create several inspirational wallpapers for my phone and I shared them with my family and friends (one of the wallpaper is pictured above).
