new weekly Routine and break up the monotony of your workweek with a fun dance class. Most children have a dance break mid mornings at school, so why not we adults schedule a dance break during our workweek.

such as stress relief reduces the risk of osteoporosis, increases muscular strength, endurance, and fine motor skills, just to name a few.
#3. Make NEW FRIENDS! Attending a dance class in person opens the door for you to meet others with similar interests
in music and dance. You could almost call it a fun way to, dare I say it “network”
#4. It supports the ARTS! If you enjoy the Performing Arts, then participating in the arts is just as important is donating annually to your favorite organization.
Sharing, educating, and connecting with the community, is a huge part of the success of dance studios, class, and events. Without your lovely bodies in, whatever creative space you choose we cannot grow or continue to serve to the best of our abilities.
#5. It’s Fun! Point.Blank.Period – Pick a class commit yourself to 4-8 weeks and enjoy yourself. YOU DESERVE IT.
