As a valued customer of Artistic Concepts Group, Inc. (ACG), we want to let you know that we care about you and your business. In the current environment of
COVID-19 precautions, we thought it would be helpful to provide an update on how we are handling the services we provide at ACG. If your event is cancelled, we ask you contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to work with rescheduling the equipment and personnel for your needs.
Our policy concerning custom sales items (to include items sub-rented on your behalf), are non-refundable. Our standard cancellation policy is and has been 72 hours for productions and installations, 36 hours for rentals.
In addition to the CDC recommended actions for our staff, we have made it mandatory for all technicians to sanitize Microphones, Lighting and Sound Controller surfaces and any other handheld items after every use and have limited business travel to only that
essential to operating our business, and to conduct meetings by phone or video whenever possible. Additionally, until further notice, we will not be renting out any makeup test kits. After resolved, our test kits will be replaced with brand new makeup before we start loaning them again.
If you are visiting Artistic Concepts Group Inc. in Chantilly, VA; we thank you in advance for joining our "no handshake" environment, and we ask that if you or any of your family members have been ill or have visited high-risk virus areas to consider delaying your
visit to our showroom. As our service technicians visit your locations for installations and service, please let us know if there are any specific individual instructions or policies you have put in place for COVID-19 so that we can be best prepared to cooperate with your needs and plans.
