Welcome to this week's tips
Hi Everyone,
Winter came back to West Michigan this past week. I decided not to walk outside, but was able to walk indoors at the pool with a friend who taught me water walking.
I also enjoyed singing at Compassionate Heart
Ministries for young people with disabilities. Often we'll have 4 or 5 kids come up and sing next to us.
The musical All Shook Up at the high school was phenomenal (and so was dessert at a friend's afterwards. :) Today, I picked out my costume for the musical I will be in come April.
The next class will be Change Your Relationship to Time - a class not about getting more done in less time though that does often happen. It is about being more
focused, clearer and more at ease with time. And finding that spot of enoughness. Here is a one-question form, to see what the best time for you would be: https://form.jotform.com/80697345392164

Practice being present and patient in line this week.
Re-read a favorite childhook book.
Have a money conversation with your spouse or housemate.
What have you become too attached to?
What I wrote for you
We all like to think we will be thinner, richer, connecting with friends, have a great family and spiritual life and a beautiful home in the future. We want to be attaining goals. But, when it comes to taking actions to get there our favorite phrase is, “I’ll do it tomorrow.”
The problem is tomorrow becomes today and you end up in the same place you were yesterday. We don’t like to think of what we have to do that will take us where we want to go. For most changes there is regular action needed.
I help the overwhelmed create saner, simpler lives.
I deliver…
Untamed possibility. Breathe easier simplicity. Hope. On the wings of understanding and encouragement. Step by step breaking down from “no way! “ to “why not?”
