So, I've started scanning my favorite clothing websites, determined to pull together a fall/winter wardrobe that I love. My first goal, is to create an all neutrals wardrobe that works really well for that transitional period in the fall. When it's not too cold or too warm. Layers! I'll admit, I got a little overwhelmed looking at all my choices on line. I'm going to have to go to the stores and really think through what I want. I so want to buy colors, but when I do that first, I end up
with a random set of stuff that don't go together in fun ways. I want more creative choices this fall. More to come on my journey!
I started writing two more books. LOL. Yep. The first one is a more practical guide on discovering your colors with the Your Color Style methodology. You may already be familiar with my process, but there are many who haven't discovered Your Color Style yet. So, this e-book will be published out on Amazon. I'll keep you posted on the publish date. If you haven't seen my first book, it's called That's My Color: Discover Your 5 Signature Colors and Transform Your Life. This book is more about sharing my personal story AND it has a link to a free online course to help you discover your 5 Signature Colors.
The second book is really outside of the topic of color and more about my story of building this business. It will be called Badass Business Bootstrapping. It goes along with a new speaking topic for women entrepreneurs. If you've been thinking about starting a business while working a full-time job, then it may be of interest to you.
Enough about me! I hope you're enjoying your weekend. The heat finally broke here, in Virginia, and it's just nuts nice outside. Enjoy your day AND the newsletter.

In case you missed it the last couple of weeks, there are two posts that show you how to wear Princess Blue and Terrarium Moss. These are the last two colors of the Spring/Summer collection before we jump into the Fall/Winter colors. On August 1st, ColorStyle Members will get the complete Fall/Winter guide on trending colors and neutrals
for the season.
Princess Blue is a true blue meaning that it doesn’t seem to have any warmth in it. No red or yellow. This also means this bright blue is a universal color and can be worn by both bright & warms and bright & cools.
Terrarium Moss is a a dark earthy olive green. It seems warm and will look best on someone with warm undertones.
I’ve pulled together 3 outfit ideas for each color to inspire you:
I can't tell you how many times I thought a top was warm, only to bring it home and see that it's too cool for me. The lighting in stores really skews the colors. Holding your color palette cards agains the item, in the store, really helps you see if that color is right for you.

As I went through the process of learning about myself, I founded Your Color Style. Identifying the colors that make you feel amazing is a simple step you can take to build your confidence. Color transformed my life. It is now my mission to help you get through whatever transition is going on in your life through color.
