Have you had trouble getting your head wrapped around seller financing I talked to several people and they all kind of blurted out that Yeah I get it but... no... I really don't understand it. OR how to explain it to the dang sellers Well- what if we showed you how to explain it and CONVINCE a seller this was their best option in less than 3 minutes?
