What if actually held your hand and walked you
through your first few deals?

WOW -

So far people have been just inundating me with
questions about my Private Mastermind group.

And they have done so for a couple of reasons.

 

1.  I have not offered to work One-on-One in ages
so they have been (not so) patiently waiting.

 

2.  Most smart Business Owners know the quickest way to
Jump Start whatever you are doing for the first time
is to find a Coach or Mentor to take you by the hand
and show you the way.

***FACTOID - Everyone of the trainers that you get inundated
with from emails Has at least ONE Coach.  Some have 2 or 3.

 

Why - it helps us Miss and Skip the landmines and pot holes
that devastate other business owners.

 

I, for one, have been a part of Mastermind Groups where
I paid up to $17,000 a year to join.  I know one group that
is offered up at $100,000 a year!  Sorry - I can't do that
one - just yet.

 

Now - a couple of things before you decide if this is for you to know:

1.  It will be ME you are working with - not someone straight out of
a local seminar that just completed his first deal. That's
10 Years of Experience as a Full Time Investor

 

2.  I don't work with just everyone.

If all you want to do is order course after course after course
and never do anything - I can send you tot he right places - but
it is NOT in my Mastermind.

 

You have to be able to take and follow direction and
not need some sort of Enabler to why you are not making it.

 

3.  You need some sort of foundation in real estate.  
I can't work with someone that is just completely starting out.
This does not mean someone that has never done a deal.

It means if you have never cracked a book on real estate investing
then don't apply.

 

4.  It will be by Application Only - not everyone will be
accepted.  I turned one guy down who happened to track me down
and get through my gatekeepers.  But he wanted me to do EVERYTHING
for him.

 

So we will do an interview together to make sure we are a fit for
each other.

 

5.  You Need to have a HUNGRY Attitude!  the best students I have
ever taught are the ones that had bought a few courses, had a good
foundation, but needed guide nce - someone to take them through
a few deals.

 

But NEEDED to bust free of the chains holding them down.  They
KNEW they were destined to make a lot - and they were sick and tired
of the thought of sitting in another classroom learning the
same ole stuff over again.
