We've all heard many versions of this.  

But we all can benefit from being reminded because we forget. At least I do. You?

Even though I know that I AM a loving essence beyond, behind, and beneath all the descriptions of me, I often find myself feeling that I AM a wife, a mother, a grandmother, a writer, a woman... and I lose myself in things related to roles and "doing."

Without abandoning our dreams, goals, and the doing of good things, may we take some time to simply "be" today. 

Always, in in the midst of all "doing" and "being," may we choose "to be" loving.
