I've heard so many people, including myself, say that time seems to be speeding up lately. 

Today, let's aim to adjust our perception of time by shifting our focus onto right now.

Try it, at least one time.  Pause, breathe, and let go of the hurries and worries, as best you can. 

Impossible? Some say.

"I dwell in possibility," Miss Emily also said.

Let's dwell there too... 
in possible healings and awakenings 
and slowings and growings 
and dreams coming true.
