John Fitzgerald Kennedy said, "As we express our gratitude, we must
never forget that the highest appreciation is not to utter words, but to live by them."
Along with gratitude for all the good in our lives - and the celebrating with food - let's be mindful of the hungry, the homeless, and all who are hurting. What might we do to alleviate their suffering?
The truth is so many among us experience increased stress, anxiety and depression at
this time of year, including people with many advantages. So, it's a time for compassion and wise self-care and reverence too.
Wishing love and peace to all...fun too!
