TODAY'S TOUCHSTONE

"Be pleasant until ten o'clock in the morning and the rest of the day will take care of itself."

                              ~ Elbert Hubbard

I chuckled when I came across this quote and I wondered: Might there be truth and power in this approach?

I'm assuming that Elbert started his day well before ten a.m. and that his point is to fill the first few hours of the day with good humor and kindness.

Join me in trying this? Whatever time you wake, or whatever time you are reading this, commit yourself to loving kindness. For the next two, three, four - whatever number you wish - hours, choose to live in the essence of your heart and act with care.

See how that affects the rest of the day.

With joyful expectancy,
Charlene

PS - Wishing some fun for all today.
