"Courage is being scared to death... and saddling up anyway." ~ John Wayne
When I came upon this quote, I could almost hear it spoken with John Wayne's distinctive drawl.
Then another famous quote and voice came to mind: Eleanor Roosevelt saying: "We gain strength, and courage, and confidence by each experience in which we really stop to look fear in the face... we must do that which we think we
cannot."
Whether or not we are feeling fear, let’s saddle up and ride into this day as best we can. Walk, trot, canter, gallop or ride like the wind. Every gait is good.
May you be spurred on and ride through the day in your own way… with no sweat.
Chomping at the bit,
Charlene
