TODAY'S TOUCHSTONE

“Since we cannot change reality, let us change the eyes which see reality.”

                                        ~ Nikos Kazantzakis

What a difference it makes when we see life with eyes of wonderment, a perspective of hope, and an attitude of gratitude.

Do you, like me, forget this truth sometimes? Or question its veracity? Or feel unable to shift?

While we can't always move immediately from a bleak to a bright outlook, we can always make our way there by starting with a sincere intention, willingness, and a prayer.

Then, by taking even a tiny step, we'll be met with help.

Remember the quote from William Hutchison Murray about what happens when we commit to our dreams? Well, it's true for shifting to see reality with hope too:

"...the moment one commits oneself, then Providence moves too."

It's true for everything. Providence meets us where we are.

Let's commit!

To hope, love and dreams realized,
Charlene
