You know that wide open, expansive feeling that we sometimes have? 

Inspired by visions of the vast sky, the great ocean, and a mountain vista, may we reach for the joy of 
of being real and the beauty of our true essence.  

I don't know about "always." But as much as possible, especially for this day, let's aim to be clear, open, and filled with light, wisdom, and a passion for living.
