"Wherever there is a human being, there is an opportunity for a kindness."
~ Lucius Annaeus Seneca
Let's really put this into practice today.
With a committed intention and a prayer for help, may we choose to be kind to ourselves and to everyone we encounter today.
Kind when kindness comes easily.
Kind when it does not.
Kind to those who trigger irritation in us.
Let's begin
with ourselves. For example, let's watch for critical self talk, let it go as soon as it starts, and shift into self compassion with forgiving and encouraging inner talk.
Perhaps imagine talking to everyone as we would to a very young child. Not with baby talk, but with a tone and attitude that is patient and recognizes vulnerability.
The ways to be kind are endless. Let's find and use many of them today.
With love in our hearts and smiles on our faces.

PS - With shared tears too, if that's what's
needed.
