"Birds sing after a storm; why shouldn't people feel as free to delight in whatever sunlight remains to them?"
~ Rose Kennedy
So many storms come into each life, into each relationship, into each family. Mrs. Kennedy experienced many terrible ones. I don't know how soon or how well she sang after each loss, sting, and sorrow, but she reached again and again for hope, for beauty, for faith and for her heart's song.
Whatever the weather today - outside or inside of us - let's watch and listen for birds and their calls.
Let's notice the beauty and hope of nature and be uplifted by it.
With gratitude and joy,
Charlene
