"A Spiritual Samaritan lives knowing that if we were to leave this world tomorrow, we were the best humans we could be and we touched the
lives of as many souls as possible. We are not asked to be perfect. We are asked to make a difference."
~ Molly Friedenfeld
One simple way to be a Spiritual Samaritan is to
practice The Golden Rule.
Look for opportunities to be kind and reverent to others. One easy and rewarding activity is to treat service workers, retail clerks, and restaurant staff with friendly respect. Make eye contact. Smile. Use their names. Ask about their day. Say thank you. These seemingly little gestures make the world a more hopeful place - a better place.
Truly,
Charlene
