Whether it is Sunday, Saturday, the whole weekend, or another day, it is wise to "take rest."
To pray and to play too.
Too many of us have fallen into a pattern of being in a work mode 24/7, always ready to respond to work calls, for example.
I admit I sometimes do this. Okay, often in the past I have. Hopefully, that remains in the past for me. Due to the surgery I had two months ago, I've had to rest more.
Making wise and healthy life changes is one of the gifts that cancer - all illness - offers us.
Let's listen to the wisdom given to us by cultures and creeds for centuries and honor what we have learned through personal struggles.
Let's make time this day for cleansing, clearing, and renewing so that we may be blessed with beautiful crops.
