May we nurture ourselves and others with pure love today. No expectations. No string attached. 

Even when we don't feel loving, we can choose to act in loving ways. We can always send "loving energy" to the hurts inside us, to troubled relationships, to others about whom we worry, to the world.

Instead of trying to fix anyone or anything, today let's apply love and trust in its healing power.
