Many have said these words.
But Demi Lovato put them into the "Let It Go" song in the film "Frozen." Chances are you've heard it.

Remember yesterday's touchstone about letting go of judgments?

When I read an email from a subscriber friend who wrote to say how hard it can be to let go (and felt a resonance), I heard this song in my mind... sung by my four-year-old grandchildren, Alexis and Anthony.

Imagine the voice of a child, maybe a child in your life or your own inner child, singing sweetly, with so much love and innocence, "Let it go, let it go."

May we let go of judgments, regrets, resentments, and all that keeps us frozen in any way from our natural loving and living in joy. 

We can do it!
