"Grit...It's the passion, perseverance, and stamina that we must channel in order to stick with our dreams until they become a reality." ~ Travis Bradberry
Grit. It's a form of strength. You've probably put it to work at times in your life so far.
It may have been to stick with a dream, to complete a tough task, to fulfill a promise with unforeseen obstacles, to meet challenging responsibilities, to survive a life-threatening illness, or all of the
above.
Why do we sometimes see grit in some people and not in others nor in ourselves?
Perhaps, in order to reach deep into strength and access the grit, we must be fueled by a serious need or an "all in" commitment.
You may or may not need grit today. Either way, know that it's there, working while it waits, like a grain of sand nestled in an oyster, becoming a pearl, or a bud ready to open and bloom.
The grit within you is an aspect of your beauty as well as your strength. Please believe that you’ve got what it takes to be the best you.
Truly,
Charlene
