Let's aim to have fun today, that delightful form of joy.

Keep in mind that, "People rarely succeed unless they have fun in what they are doing," according to Dale Carnegie.

So let's aim for lightheartedness at work, at home, traveling to and from, and in all that we do.

"Never ever underestimate the importance of having fun" wrote Randy Pausch. 

It can help us heal too.
