TODAY'S TOUCHSTONE

"A young mosquito went out flying
for the first
time in its life.
The father asked:
'How did you feel?'
.
The mosquito replied:
'It was GREAT!
Everyone was clapping for me.' "

                 ~ Dâvïs Kÿàküwå

When I got this far in the tale, I felt delighted by the
little mosquito's interpretation of the clapping.

And although the story goes on with the father warning the little guy to be careful because not everyone who appears to be celebrating with you are truly well wishers, the main take-away for me - and my hope for us today - is:
May we delight in life.

Wishing you playfulness and joy,

Charlene
