We may get worn down, feel depleted, and even wonder "Can I go on?"
Yes! Yes we can!
Our strength is stronger than the disaster, the hurt, the loss, the doubt, the despair.
Even when we are not feeling these great inner treasures, they are a part of us, never apart from
us.
If you are experiencing deep distress now - as many are - please hang in there. Even if it seems only the size of a tiny seed, even if it seems non-existent, hold hope and faith as best you can.
Even if it seems blind or foolish, trust that something good is at work in you.
Get professional help and guidance toward healing, well-being and peace. Know
that every so-called "breakdown" can lead to a breakthrough.
