TODAY'S TOUCHSTONE

"The most sophisticated people I know - inside they are all children."

                        ~ Jim Henson

We all have within us the wonder, joy, curiosity, and enthusiasm of the child we once were.

A post I saw on Facebook yesterday asked some millennials: At what did a person become old.

For the most part they answered "People in their 40s or 50s." Fifty was definitely old.

To make a long story short, at the end of an experiment of interactaction with people in their 60s and 70s, when asked again about aging, the millennials answered differently.

"Perhaps 100 is the age when a person becomes old," was the consensus.

May we never become old in our thinking and feeling and being fully ourselves....growing, exploring, playing, learning, experimenting, expressing, creating, and being fully alive.

With joy,
Charlene
